My parents need a $10,000 loan but there credit score is 550 they need it to move in rochester ny; suggestions

A thief of a mortgage company has charged my parents an arm and a leg for their mortgage and is forcing them to leave. Their credit score is low preventing them from getting an apartment or a loan to get an apartment. Where do you suggest to go and get a ,000 loan with a credit score of 550-560. There mortage was 650 then in time rose to 1343 a month preventing them to so they have to move.

Is it really getting hard to purchase a home? My credit score is low. It is 544.?

Someone has been using my name and it is ahrd to get it clear. Some things have came off. Is there any mortgage company that will give me loan off of my credit score.

Is there a mortgage company that will refinance……?

Is there a mortgage company that will refinance at 100% LTV with a low credit score? The mortgage history only shows (1) 30 day late in the life of the mortgage (just over 2 years)…..also, I am trying to do a cash out option to consolidate a few other bills and do some home renovations. This still would not make the total loan exceed the value of the property…but with this cost and closing costs…we’d be real close to what we anticipate the appraisal to be. Therefore, we need 100% re-financing. I would really appreciate serious answers…We got stuck with a house that we had sold on land contract with a 5 year balloon,…..we were 3 years into the contract and they abandon the house leaving us with a REAL mess and property taxes unpaid……we don’t have the immediate resources to fix it up…but have no choice but to move back into it to keep it from going into foreclosure…Thanks for all your help!!!

Credit Score – Why is it that the mortgage loan application company is stating my score is lower?

I recently applied for a home loan and the mortgage company stated it is 614 (equifax) but when i pulled my own score on Equifax it was 682. The mortgage company ran it again, but come up with the same thing.

Mortgage with a low credit score?

My husband and I want to buy within the next six months. By that time I will have saved up about ten thousand dollars for a down payment. We dont plan on purchasing over grand. So thats over 10% down. As of now are credit scores are in the mid to high 500’s. Anyone know of any mortgage company that would us?
A girl I know, got an FHA mortgage a little over a year ago with a 534 credit score and only 3.5% down. She went with country wide, but they are now bank of america so I wanted to know if they were the same.

i was wondering if anyone knew of a mortgage company that will lend to people with a 2 year old bankruptcy and low credit score
