When being considered 4 a job w/ financial based employers,what's the lowest credit score they consider 4 hire

Does anyone know the lowest credit score that is elgible to work for financial institutions (mortgage companies, banks, etc.)? I know for these jobs, you usually have to pass credit checks.

I’ve heard that mortgage companies may lower the credit score requirement sometime next week. Is this true? As an example: They have a requirement now for your score to be 700 with 5% down in order to qualify, or 680 with 10% down to qualify. I’ve heard they will be dropping the credit score a little so more people can obtain mortgage loans. Has anyone heard this?

can a person get a mortgage loan with a credit score of 650? If so where?

I have had credit trouble in the past. I am now trying to rebuild. I am finding it hard to get a mortgage loan or a major credit card. I have read stories about people getting loans with credit scores lower than mine. I found National City bank on a web site with stephen’s life after bankruptcy newsletter. Where are people getting these loans, with low credit scores. I live in Alabama. I can’t get a bank loan. I am not in bankruptcy. Please tell me the names of the mortgage companies that can work with me. I have read stories where people credit score is in the 500’s. They are buying cars and homes right after they file bankrupt. Thank you

I will be applying for a mortgage next summer, my fiance has very good credit in the 700’s but i am in the low 600’s and i have been late with a few late payments from a few years ago I am worried we will not be able to get a good mortgage , or a mortgage at all because of me. what is the lowest score they will look at now before its considered sub prime, i know that mortgage companies are getting strict now
