My parents need a $10,000 loan but there credit score is 550 they need it to move in rochester ny; suggestions
Post date: August 17th, 2011A thief of a mortgage company has charged my parents an arm and a leg for their mortgage and is forcing them to leave. Their credit score is low preventing them from getting an apartment or a loan to get an apartment. Where do you suggest to go and get a ,000 loan with a credit score of 550-560. There mortage was 650 then in time rose to 1343 a month preventing them to so they have to move.

Your parents aren’t the only ones….Over $50 BILLION in adjustable rate mortgages are going to adjust this month and half of those will lose their home. I work for a very large global bank, and we have some very liberal lending standards on some products, but even on those, we won’t go near a 550-560. On top of that, most companies are getting much tighter on their lending standards because of the housing and credit crunch these days. You might want to sign the lease for an apartment that they can afford if your credit is good enough.

I’d tell them to CONSULT with a CONTRACT LAWYER

Guess they can move as far as North Carolina. Then they must remain until they repair their credit
