Lowest possible credit score to open Mortgage?

Okay well I am a Freshmen in College right now (23 years old) and my credit score isn’t very good. 532. To be accepted for a mortgage of 100-200K what would be the minimum score generally accepted to open a mortgage on a house.

620-660…depending on the lender.
